My name is Angel, I’m a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist with advanced training in Osteopathic and Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation Techniques. My focus is on helping people to reduce pain, improve range and quality of movement, feel stronger, and recover more effectively—whether from short term or chronic pain, injury, sports activities or everyday physical strain.

Using detailed assessment alongside targeted spinal manipulation and soft tissue techniques for muscles, tendons, and ligaments, I help the nervous system shift out from “Fight or Flight Mode” and let go of tension, I create personalised treatment plans to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, with the goal of supporting long-term movement, performance, and overall physical well-being.
